After the COVID-19 pandemic, we noticed a surge of interest from international companies seeking to build teams in South Africa. With extensive experience as labour law advisors, management accountants, HR specialists, and payroll consultants, we were well-positioned to understand why.
Why We Exist
South Africa offers a rich, untapped talent pool, with highly skilled professionals available at 30-70% salary savings compared to the UK, US, and EU markets, thanks to currency advantages.
English as the primary business language, cultural alignment, and convenient time zones further solidified South Africa as an ideal destination for global teams.
As we helped companies establish entities in South Africa, we encountered significant challenges in the setup process, which proved to be complex, time-consuming, and not scalable. We quickly realised that our in-house expertise across labour law, accounting, HR, and payroll could provide a better solution.
That’s when HireJustNow was born—to make it effortless for businesses to hire South African talent without the hassle and risks of entity establishment. Our goal was to create a seamless Employer of Record service that would empower global companies to tap into South African talent efficiently.
